Job Highlights

• Making proper planning of stock, production and purchasing to ensure order fulfillment.

   

  1. Working out production and material requirement plan and forecast based on customers' orders, sales forecast and stock status

  2. Following actual output, raw material delivery time, consumption and sales orders and adjusting production and material requirement plan timely

  3. Checking with salesman/order processing to review and adjust sales forecast when necessary to make proper planning

  4. Evaluating product availability of customers' demand and orders

  5. Reviewing availability and lead time with purchasers to ensure timely supply of raw material and packing material

  6. Optimizing stock level to minimize slow-moving and dead stock
