Job Highlights
- Create and manage deep contacts with technical teams of existing and future customers by attending customer meetings, events, trade fairs and conferences
- Monitor market trends and identify new ideas for business development
- Develop a pipeline of business opportunities by nurturing ideas through analysis of their potential market size, relevant patents and key differentiators from competition or existing products
- Act as an expert for existing product portfolio supporting the sales force in technical discussion with the customers
- Actively participate in the steering team of the BU in order to prioritize ressources for new projects
Experience / Skills
- Master degree in science (chemistry prefered) or business administration; higher degree prefered
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge/experience in chemical industry, especially preferably in food & beverage or home & personal care
- Experience in marketing and sales (business tools, presentations in steering teams, customer communication)
- Communication & Networking skills
