Job Description
The Director of Credit & Asset Management will oversee a diverse & expanding portfolio of complex debt investments secured by commercial real estate, including construction & operational assets. Construction segment covers significant ground-up projects, renovations, & capital improvement/leasing initiatives. Operational assets focus on transitional/value-add properties across major US markets, encompassing office, retail, industrial, multifamily, condos, and hospitality. This client-facing role requires interaction with top figures in commercial real estate finance and demands a proactive approach in managing tasks such as interest billing/collection, cash waterfall arrangements, draw administration, covenant adherence, evaluation of asset financial performance, & client reporting
