Role Summary: Follow-Up & Care Team Members ensure students are contacted promptly after their first interaction with Faith U and continue to feel supported.

Anticipated Time Commitments:
- Preparing for ministry: 3–5 hours per week during event weeks
- Participating in meetings/training: Three hours a month or as requested.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Refer students to appropriate resources when needed
- Follow up with first-time attendees within 48 hours
- Maintain contact logs
- Identify care needs and escalate when necessary
- Assist with prayer requests and care touchpoints
- Help track follow-up completion
