Requirements
Must to have experience:
- 4+ years in SDET / SWET Position
- API Testing
- CI/CD
- 1+ Leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA initiatives across API and backend testing, ensuring high‑quality delivery through strong technical guidance and clear quality standards.
- Great Comunication skills

- IA knowledge
- Design and execute API test strategies and oversee implementation across the team to guarantee reliability, performance, and coverage.
- Drive the adoption and improvement of automated test frameworks, integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product leaders to define quality‑driven processes and shift‑left testing practices.
- Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring transparent communication of quality metrics and risks.
- Oversee defect management, prioritization, and resolution, ensuring alignment with business impact and release timelines.
- Promote best practices in API testing, automation, documentation, and observability, strengthening team maturity and testing efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in testing tools, infrastructure, and workflows to enhance operational reliability and testing scalability.
