Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with Eastman’s extrusion coating strategy for packaging and paper coating applications.
- Engage potential customers to deeply understand their unmet needs, buying processes, and industry challenges, challenge conventional approaches with innovative solutions.
- Leverage market intelligence and competitive analysis from public and proprietary sources to uncover new opportunities and strengthen Eastman’s position.
- Build strong relationships and influence key decision makers across customer organizations, including R&D, marketing, brand management, sustainability management and senior leadership.
- Present clear, compelling value propositions that demonstrate how Eastman’s extrusion coating technologies enable customer success and competitive advantage.
- Manage and support the customer journey from initial engagement through evaluation and decision-making, ensuring alignment and timely progress.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for commercial excellence, including Account Managers, Market Development Managers, Technical and Application Development Managers to advance sales opportunities and close deals.
- Utilize Salesforce and Opportunity Management processes to track, prioritize, and commercialize opportunity pipelines effectively.
- Foster a broad network of relationships across the extrusion coating value chain to identify and develop new business channels.
