Job Description

  • Generate accurate vehicle orders from client purchase orders
  • Supporting day-to-day fleet administration using internal systems
  • Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail in daily operations
  • Communicate vehicle status updates to external suppliers and clients
  • Maintain existing relationships between suppliers and the dealership
  • Produce licensing documentation with high accuracy
  • Maintain internal databases and client records
  • Generate invoices for external suppliers
