Job Description
What you will be doing:

Greet service guests on arrival and direct them appropriately

Create repair orders and assist with service bookings

Answer incoming calls and manage service enquiries

Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop teams

Process payments and finalise invoices where required

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

Ensure the service reception area always presents professionally

Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service, ideally in automotive or service environments
