Develop and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures for North America;
Assist in denied party screening, export licensing, and import/export documentation;
Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees and stakeholders;
Continually assess regulations and apply them to our business, including an ongoing assessment of risk;
Assist in internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions;
Participate in interactions with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Departments of State and Commerce, and other regulatory agencies;
Partner with broader Legal team, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure compliance in daily operations.
