Business Development Manager - Microwave Systems

Education & Technical Background

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in engineering or a scientific discipline, enabling credible technical dialogue with engineering and production teams.
• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems and related software tools.
• Knowledge of Microwave Systems and their Applications, with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.

Professional Experience

• Proven ability to manage customers, suppliers, and internal project teams to deliver high‑quality, timely results.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with a strong record of achievement in previous roles.
• Experience building and maintaining influential business relationships through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Confident, professional presence with the ability to represent the company effectively at all organizational levels.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel nationally and internationally, occasionally at short notice (valid driver’s license and passport required).
