Elementary Classroom Teacher

Job Summary:
Carpenter School seeks a K�2 classroom teacher who builds a nurturing, engaging learning environment grounded in Responsive Classroom practices. The ideal candidate delivers strong literacy and math instruction, and uses developmentally appropriate, student-centered learning experiences to support academic, social, and behavioral growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality literacy and math instruction
• Design developmentally appropriate, experiential learning opportunities
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners
• Foster a positive classroom community through proactive, student-centered practices
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional learning communities

Qualifications:

• NH Elementary Education certification required
• Knowledge of K�2 instruction and Responsive Classroom practices preferred

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, school-year position
