Le Sueur-Henderson Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Para to join our team of educators who believe in nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

Located along the scenic Minnesota River and just a short drive from both the Twin Cities and Mankato via Highway 169, our district combines small-town warmth with big opportunities.

In fall 2024, we proudly opened a brand-new elementary school, where all preschool classrooms feature modern spaces designed specifically for young learners. This is your chance to teach in a bright, innovative, and supportive environment!

About the Role
As a Little Giants Preschool Para, you will:

• Assist in our Monday-Thursday a.m. 3 year old classroom.
• Assist with classroom setup, and daily routines. 
• Supervise children and provide individual attention.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom atmosphere
• Support each child's social, emotional, and academic development
  
   

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma (required)
• Experience working in a preschool classroom setting (preferred)
• A love for early learning and a heart for young children
• Creativity, collaboration, and a growth mindset
  
   

Schedule & Compensation
 This is a part-time position, aligned with the paraprofessional master agreement.
