Import Shop Foreman- Working

 

As an Import Shop Foreman at Subaru of Newnan, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our service shop, ensuring top-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. You will manage a team of technicians, coordinate workflow, and maintain a productive and positive work environment while upholding Subaru's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor service technicians to ensure efficient and accurate repair work.
• Manage shop workflow and scheduling to meet customer demand and deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory and order parts as necessary to prevent delays.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct training sessions for team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a shop foreman or in a leadership role within an automotive service environment.
• Strong knowledge of import vehicle systems and repair procedures, specifically Subaru vehicles preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
