BDC Representative

As a BDC Representative at Subaru of Newnan, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and supporting the sales team by managing inbound and outbound communications. Your focus will be on generating leads, setting appointments, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up on inbound internet and phone leads in a timely manner.
• Initiate outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective customers.
• Manage and maintain customer information and communications in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide customers with information about vehicle features, financing options, and dealership promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service-related role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Google Docs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
