Managing ore control and dilution within company set standards.
Identify trends and industry innovations to develop the geology team and optimize processes.
Contributing to the establishment, development and continuous improvement of systems and practices to enable Geology's services to be delivered more effectively and efficiently.
Ensure the daily and End of Month reporting is produced to a high standard.
Periodic review of stope and development overbreak and report on variance for attention.
Developing new and reviewing current procedures and safe work practices within the underground mine Geology team to ensure these match current risk management practices.
Upholding health, safety, statutory, regulatory, and licensing standards as defined by local statutory and corporate requirements.
Evaluate and recommend new software and equipment purchase; stay current on new technological innovations and software applications.
Oversee the operational and capital expenditure in the department, ensuring that the capital management framework policies are complied with.
Oversee the compliance with internal and external audits.
