Oven Tender – Night Shift

Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Friday(10-hour shifts |
Steady weekday nights – perfect for those who like their mornings free!) We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our production team as an Oven Tender. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and playing a key role in making great desserts, this could be a great fit for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating rotary and tunnel ovens to bake high-quality dessert products to perfection
- Loading and unloading ovens, keeping them running at full capacity
- Monitoring oven performance and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Moving racks of product and keeping everything clearly labeled
- Depanning baked goods and helping out on the line as needed
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Completing simple paperwork and recording key production data
This is active, physical work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where your attention to detail directly impacts product quality.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months – 1 year of related experience (manufacturing, baking, or machine operation preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math skills and good mechanical aptitude
- Comfort working independently and staying on task
- Basic computer skills
- Consistent Monday–Friday night schedule (weekends off!)
- Work in a clean, temperature-controlled food facility
