Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient & Daycare SettingsPart-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group
Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time role serving both an outpatient clinic and daycare setting. This position offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to support children across multiple environments.
Your Role in Action
Perform evaluations and re-evaluations to assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional development
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide 1:1, play-based therapy sessions in both outpatient and daycare settings
Address areas including sensory integration, self-care skills, handwriting, feeding, and motor coordination
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members (PT, SLP, staff)
Educate caregivers on home programs and carryover strategies
Complete timely electronic documentation
Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Passion for working with children in a variety of settings
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
