Job Description

  • We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the North America Sales organization through analytics, reporting, and operational execution. This role focuses on pipeline and forecast analysis, commissions support, Salesforce data quality, and recurring sales reporting. The Analyst works directly with Sales Representatives and Managers to explain performance, answer questions, and provide insight into trends.
  • This role supports a SaaS sales organization and requires experience with recurring revenue models, including ACV, renewals, expansion, and churn. The position emphasizes insight, consistency, and execution, enabling Sales Operations leadership to focus on strategy and GTM cadence.
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality, pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and renewal tracking.
  • Review contracts and purchase orders and book the deals accordingly in SFDC
  • Build and maintain recurring reports in Excel and Salesforce; advanced Excel or Power Query experience preferred.
  • Ensure consistency of metrics, definitions, and reporting outputs across recurring sales deliverables.
  • Support pipeline and forecast analysis using historical trends, pipeline data, and sales activity.
  • Prepare recurring performance updates for pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, and leadership discussions.
  • Identify and explain key movements, trends, and risks, clearly articulating what changed and why.
  • Support Sales Reps and Managers with day‑to‑day pipeline, forecast, renewal, and performance questions; escalate only complex or strategic issues.
  • Support Sales Operations and Finance with data preparation for forecast and GTM cadence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
