Manage a broad range of employee queries, from transactional requests to policy clarification and HR system troubleshooting (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
Support the HR Operations team with the onboarding process for Romania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and US, including preparation of documentation, communication with new hires, first‑day coordination, scheduling check-ins, and follow-up with relevant departments. You will also contribute to the continuous enhancement of the onboarding experience by:
Assist with the new Document Management System project by organizing and maintaining employee files
Collaborate with other HR teams and provide support on various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Take ownership of a dedicated HR project, to be defined in coordination with your manager.

- Supporting the structuring and organization of topics covered in the Onboarding Program.
- Reviewing existing materials and collaborating with various stakeholders to update or develop onboarding content.
