Back to jobsLeadership role – As a platinum level consultant in your module of expertise, provide leadership to Clients and to other consultants of the same module; facilitate complex issues resolution that arise during implementations; Develop ideas for content re-usability in your area of expertise to enable implementation efforts to be reduced for new clients; help to mentor other consultants in your module area of expertise;
Consultant Management (desired ability, but optional) - Manage a team of internal consultants in your module of expertise, helping to guide their career development as well as helping them achieve a good utilization balance;
Quality Assurance – Provide QA oversight of solutions recommended by consultants reporting to you and helping them ensure completeness of their designs at Blueprint time and at various other key project milestones;
Relationship Management - Help to manage client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both, and effort focused on the areas that will provide the most customer value;
