Job Description

  • Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Support users with tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams
  • Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., via Active Directory)
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance
  • Handle ticketing systems and document incidents and resolutions
  • Coordinate with remote IT teams or vendors when escalation is required
  • Set up and support meeting rooms, AV equipment, and conferencing tools
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
