Job Description

Qualifications:
- Strategy: Deep understanding of how portfolio strategy, seasonal tentpoles, and annual operating plans connect to drive sustained growth across the full marketing mix
- General Management: Strong command of P&L mechanics, growth algorithms, and margin drivers to translate vision into clear and quantified plans
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to connect data and insight across consumer and commercial inputs to improve decision quality, speed, and expectations
- Strategic Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling, multi‑year growth visions that are both inspiring and operationally grounded yet clear and concise
- Consumer Oriented: Knowledge of how consumer behavior, cultural moments, and retail dynamics shape seasonal demand
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred
- 6+ years experience in strategy, management consulting, and/or marketing
