Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities within assigned region by managing sales team, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, reviewing market analysis and monitoring profit objectives. Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring for the regional sales team and advance their professional development, conducting sales effectiveness and efficiency. Grow strong business relationship with distributors and increase market share of the products. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the desire and ability to identify new business needs, areas of improvement and objectives through data backed decision making that will empower them to make recommendations on appropriate business initiatives.
