Job Description
Duties
Key Responsibilities
- System Controls & Configuration Audit: Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of system controls, including data validation rules, approval workflows, and HR data changes.
- Access & Security Management: Audit User Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) principles, ensuring that users have appropriate access to sensitive personal information.
- Audit Trail Analysis: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Audit Trail Reports to monitor, track, and document changes to employee data, candidate, requisition, and offer status.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Verify the accuracy of payroll, compensation, and talent management data, ensuring compliance with local laws and GDPR requirements.
- SOX Compliance & Testing: Perform walkthroughs and testing of key controls related to HR processes for SOX compliance, particularly regarding employee changes that impact financial reporting.
- Provisioning Settings Review: Audit changes made to the system configuration (Provisioning) by internal IT or external implementation partners.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in internal auditing, with specific experience in HRIS auditing or IT auditing.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors "Audit Trail" and "Change Audit Reports".
- Understanding of HR transformation projects and SuccessFactors implementation.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
