
Executive Assistant Intern - Summer 2026
Job Description

Support the coordination of domestic and international travel, including tracking itineraries and helping ensure required travel documents are in place.

Assist with expense reporting and reconciliation (e.g., gathering receipts, completing documentation, and following up on approvals) under guidance.

Create, format, and edit presentations and reports for leadership, using provided templates and direction.

Provide calendar and scheduling support (e.g., proposing times, sending invites, and tracking responses) while escalating conflicts and priorities as needed.

Assist with event coordination, including logistics, communications, and day-of support.

Help set up on-site and off-site meetings (room bookings, Teams links, catering requests, visitor coordination) following established processes.

Provide professional front-desk/phone support as needed, including greeting visitors and routing calls or messages.

Maintain distribution lists and support SharePoint/file organization (uploading, naming conventions, access requests) with attention to data handling guidelines.

Take on additional administrative and project tasks as assigned to support team priorities and learning goals.

Schedule Monday–Friday 8am – 5pm
