Coordinates and oversees food service activities in the restaurant to meet division standards. Manages the business to meet high quality standards for internal and external customers. This position should assist in leading Team Members to driving exceptional guest experience & maximizing business opportunities. Manages the execution of the conceptual aspects of the business accordingly with style of service, ambiance, and menu offerings. Manages Health & Safety requirements of execution of the business according to Division standards.
