Job Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Process Optimization: Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify bottlenecks in construction cycles and material procurement.

Lean Construction Leadership: Implement and maintain Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to optimize site performance.

Productivity Tracking: Develop and manage KPIs to monitor labor productivity, equipment utilization, and material waste, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Site Logistics & Planning: Design optimized site layouts and material staging plans to reduce double-handling and improve safety.

Standardization & Quality: Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure "best practice" consistency across multiple job sites.

Change Management: Work directly with field supervisors and subcontractors to encourage the adoption of new, more efficient working methods.

Post-Project Analysis: Lead "Lesson Learned" sessions to capture data and refine processes for future project bids and executions.
