What You Will Be Doing The Project Assistant for the Division of Risk Management is responsible for placing State employees who suffered a work-related injury through the Return-to-Work Light Duty Program. This involves communicating with H.R., supervisors, employees, adjusters and treating physicians to promote, monitor, evaluate and deliver program services.
