Entertain calls, requests for quotations, endorsements and policies and other inquiries from clients, insurance companies, BDO branches and other business units.

Prepares the required documentation using the BDO Insurance system such as quotation slip, proposal form and placement slip.

Assists clients with account inquiry, collection and claims concerns.

Do cross-sell other insurance products.

Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
