Job Description

  • Planning and chairing Publication Planning Group (PPG) meetings, driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring timely decision-making on publication priorities, timelines, and authorship
  • Leading end-to-end execution of comprehensive publication plans with emphasis on high-impact manuscripts including primary publications, key secondary analyses, and pooled analyses
  • Managing the full publication lifecycle from concept development and author coordina-tion through journal submission, peer-review responses, and post-publication activities
  • Coordinating development of congress materials including abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and publication extenders in line with medical strategy
  • Ensuring compliance with GPP, ICMJE guidelines and company SOPs while upholding the highest standards of scientific integrity
  • Managing relationships with key opinion leaders, internal medical writers, and external agencies, including budget oversight and contracting
  • Providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders on publication best practices and authorship criteria
