Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Compounding and PI operations and support teams (including Compounding NRL & PI, Dipping PI, Finishing PI, WIP, Glass Former, Centrifuge, etc.) to ensure balanced manpower utilization and cost effectiveness.
- Oversee the production process and develop production schedules.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and meet production plans.
- Develop and implement training plans for team members to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes, safety, and quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
