Back to jobsAssemble and dismantle tote washing equipment including, but not limited to: valves, pipes and pumps for sanitation service at end of tote wash production shift.
Washing and sanitizing totes, collapsible bins, ventilated bins to ensure “safe” and excellent “quality” of tote wash service.
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
Must be able to read and follow detailed chemical label instructions for sanitation programs and SOP’s
Proper handling and usage of chemicals.
Must follow PPE practice when handling chemicals and using compressed air if applicable.
Performing Good Sanitation Practices (GSP’s) when handling and working with or around equipment.
Perform analysis of cleaner strengths on CIP 75 and sanitizers used in the tote, bin sanitation process.
Reporting equipment that is damaged, shows wear, or needs replacement to a Supervisor or Team Leader.
Responsible for documenting tote, bin service counts, tote wash CIP 75 and disinfectant dilution PPMs.
Perform period sanitation duties
Operate CIP systems to clean tote washer in a weekly basis.
Perform all required observations and training timely and as scheduled
Be willing and able to cross-train on all sanitation responsibilities
Supports Plant Sanitation and Quality Systems
Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader, Supervisor, and Manager
This position reports to Sanitation and Special Projects Manager
Responsible to follow FSQ requirements such as GMP’s and other daily job specific duties to support QRMP
