Job Description

What you’ll do

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving the people agenda and enabling business performance through impactful HR solutions.

Strategic Partnering: 

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people strategy aligned with business goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, workforce planning and transformation initiatives

Talent & Leadership

  • Drive talent management processes
  • Identify and develop critical capabilities and future leaders
  • Support leadership teams in building high-performing and inclusive teams

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Champion a strong employee experience aligned with Vodafone’s culture and values
  • Lead engagement initiatives and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Promote diversity, equity & inclusion across the organisation

Change & Transformation

  • Lead HR support in organisational change initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication, adoption and sustainability of change

People Analytics & Decision Support

  • Use data-driven insights to influence decisions and measure impact
  • Monitor key HR metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities

HR Governance & Best Practices

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and Vodafone policies
  • Drive consistency and excellence across HR processes
