Back to jobsYou will assist in the development and implementation of the HR strategy for the Business Shipping scope (Lines and GEN), supporting a team of 5 HRBPs
You will support the HRBPs with their operational requests
You animate and monitor the intern/apprentice community to ensure their proper integration and well-being within the company
You participate in conducting transversal HR projects (Training Plan, Group Job Referential, engagement, onboarding, etc.)
You will take charge of HR monitoring activities for the team, ensure the tracking of a monthly dashboard presenting key performance indicators, and be able to provide analysis on these performance indicators
