- Assist with preparing, updating, and analyzing financial reports, including monthly and quarterly management reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting data, updating financial models, and validating assumptions.
- Help analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and summarize key findings for the Finance team.
- Perform data entry, reconciliations, and basic checks to help maintain accurate and complete financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather financial data and support ad hoc analysis and presentations.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives by documenting workflows and recommending efficiencies where appropriate.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Completed coursework in financial accounting, managerial accounting, corporate finance, or related subjects.
- Gained experience working with spreadsheets and basic financial models, including use of formulas and functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or similar productivity tools.
- Communicated clearly in written and verbal formats, ideally through class projects, presentations, or prior internships.
- Shown the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Curious and eager to learn how finance supports decision-making in a technology company.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Proactive, organized, and able to follow through on assignments with minimal supervision once trained.
- A collaborative team member who builds strong working relationships and is comfortable asking questions.
- Adaptable and open to feedback, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
