Back to jobsAssociate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Will also accept relevant military experience.
3-5 Years of experience in related field (electrical, mechanical, acoustics, vibration, and/or magnetic fields)
Familiarity with data acquisition systems, FFT analysis and oscilloscopes
Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to travel, work independently and be flexible regarding changes in schedule
The ability to perform under critical deadlines and time constraints
Self-motivated and an effective team player
Effective communication skills, both orally and written, with technical and non-technical individuals.
Proficiency in English
Ability to stand, bend, and reach with both hands as necessary, and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, crawl, reach and maneuver in tight spaces
Expected travel 50 – 70%
Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport
Must live in the East Coast area within 1 hour drive to MAJOR airport; preferably CT, NY, NJ, or MA
