Job Description:

Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the incumbent is responsible for servicing guest and non-guest areas of the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks and pool furniture.
• General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms.
• Clean up of lot/garage and detail to include lakes, ponds, roof tops, sidewalks, and roadways.
• Operates and maintains fuel powered equipment, including company’s utility vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or technical certificate and similar experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Similar experience preferred
