Job Description
The future role holder will be deeply embedded in field operations to gain a strong understanding of Field Service activities. By working closely with Field Service Technicians, the position involves observing day-to-day workflows, customer interactions, and safety constraints in order to identify inefficiencies and sources of waste across processes, logistics, tools, data, and inventory.
Building on this operational insight, the role will contribute to value stream analysis and the identification of continuous improvement opportunities. In close collaboration with management, the future incumbent will define, prioritize, and drive improvement action plans, facilitating initiatives such as Kaizen workshops, 5S deployments, and rapid problem-solving activities.
A key part of the mission will be to support the harmonization of practices across field operations, ensuring greater consistency, reliability, and robustness of ways of working. The role aims to help embed improvements sustainably by aligning operating practices and supporting a structured, continuous improvement mindset within field teams.
