Compensation: $100 – 130K annual

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales to develop targeted campaigns that align with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Oversee the development of high-impact marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage website updates, social media content, and email marketing initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate photoshoots, field marketing updates, and visual asset refreshes.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and from various vendors.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from the marketing inbox, forwarding leads to appropriate sales reps.
- Assemble warranty packets and support print production needs.
- Conduct periodic audits and assist with special projects as needed.
- Overall support of Marketing and Sales teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing within the homebuilding or construction industry or related field.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems proactively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you take initiative and drive results without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and digital tools.
