Manage end-to-end customer orders, including documentation and transport bookings in line with service requirements
Monitor transport execution to ensure compliance with established SOPs and service standards
Handle customer requests, incidents, and supply chain disruptions in a timely and professional manner
Escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution
Ensure accurate and timely updates of shipment tracking milestones
Investigate and resolve missing events and data inconsistencies
Support reporting processes, KPI tracking, and performance reviews
Assist in onboarding new suppliers and ensure adherence to operational procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancements
