Transformation Analyst

The Transformation Analyst acts as the operational backbone of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), playing a key role in supporting the delivery and governance of strategic transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring documentation integrity, producing executive-grade materials, managing the meeting cadence, and maintaining the integrated transformation roadmap across workstreams. As the first hire within a growing Transformation Analyst pod, this position offers strong exposure and impact from the outset. The role reports initially to the Head of Transformation, with the reporting line evolving as the TMO scales.
