Bishop Gadsden at Home is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Scheduler to coordinate daily schedules for our Companions and CNAs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and excels at communication, organization, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain daily caregiver schedules
• Fill call-outs quickly and efficiently
• Communicate schedule changes with caregivers, clients, and leadership
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and care
• Track PTO, call-outs, and tardiness
• Ensure all schedule updates are accurately entered in Soneto
• Support onboarding and orientation for new caregivers
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support client needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work on site 5 days per week
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNA certification a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to change
• At least 2 years experience in home care or healthcare scheduling
