  • CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Performing cell culture of adherent and suspension cells under aseptic conditions, including commercial cell lines and human primary cells.

    • Establishing and executing cell-based assays (reporter cell lines, luciferase assays, cytotoxicity determination, proliferation assays, etc.) mainly in 96 well plate format.

    • Conducting ELISA (binding ELISA and blocking ELISA), FACS and other immunoassays.

    • Generation of Dose-Response curves and determination of EC50 & IC50.

    • Collaborate and provide support in the development and implementation of additional experimental methods (biochemical and cell-based assays) needed for the proper potency determination of the molecules from the different R&D projects.

    • Process, analyze, and manage biological data, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting in line with laboratory and regulatory standards.

    • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, protocols, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, scientific literature, and best practices relevant to analytical and formulation sciences in medical dermatology.

  • REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field.

    • Previous experience in cellular and molecular biology laboratory, prior experience in immunology is a plus.

  • REFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.

    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and scientific curiosity.

    • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, other languages are a plus.

We are looking for a Trainee to join our Analytical & Formulation Sciences team and assist with biochemical and cell-based assays development for medical dermatology R&D projects. You will help develop and optimize methods to ensure product quality and support research across different stages. With guidance from scientists, you'll gain hands-on experience in medicinal analysis and contribute to laboratory capabilities. This role involves collaborating with discovery and development teams, supporting innovation, and participating in cross-functional experiments within a dynamic therapeutic environment.
