Bar Server - Gretzky Restaurant

We are currently seeking dynamic, guest experience focused Servers to join our team of dedicated wine, spirits, beer and food enthusiasts at Wayne Gretzky Estates. Our popular Niagara destination is the place to be in summer - with tastings, events, the Whiskey Patio, premium cocktails, and seasonal outdoor menu. In spring and summer we have full time and part time opportunities - we are interviewing now for positions starting in May. The skills, experience and knowledge the teammate will bring - Smart Serve Certification (if you don't have it yet get it online in less than 4 hours!) Guest/Customer service excellence focused Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends What this teammate will be responsible for - Helping create an ideal experience for our guests. Running food and describing the dish to the guest with great onstage demeanour Assisting with back duties - polishing cutlery and plates and completing daily restaurant duties Taking orders, seating guests and checking in to ensure their experience is extraordinary. Facilitate guest tastings and flights Assisting with setups and takedowns of events and functions Offering basic education on wine, spirits (don't stress we teach you everything you need to know!)
