Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities Cont.
- Exercise critical thinking and reasoning skills
- Execute work-place safety regulations
- Selects type and size of piping and related materials and equipment such as supports, hangers, and curbs, according to specifications
- Inspects worksites to determine presence of obstructions and to ascertain that work performed will not cause structural damage
- Makes plans to coordinate job site materials, subcontracted work, job schedule, and job close-out documents.
- Plans installation and repair to avoid obstructions and interference with the activities of other workers
