Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of training and organizational initiatives within Product Development.
- Support onboarding program coordination and continuous improvement.
- Assist wtih skill gap analysis of currrent and future technical needs.
- Compile and summarize training completion data to identify trends and themes.
- Update engineering competency guides and other tools to promote skill development.
- Develop training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and participant resources.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate should be pursuing a Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development degree or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Experience working within Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
- Comfortable working with all different levels of leadership.
- Strong organizational skills.
