Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will support the office with a variety of responsibilities, including administrative, HR, and office coordination tasks. This individual will assist both the HR and Operations teams in efficiently organizing and supporting high-volume activities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. They will provide general administrative support, manage daily scheduling needs, and help ensure a smooth and professional office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance in personnel file document organization, preparing on- boarding documents, employee engagement events, and more.
• Assist in coordinating and facilitating interviews and New Hire Orientation.
• Assist with design and execution of engagement, wellness, and retention events.
• Manage supply inventory, equipment, and maintenance of supply closet.
• Provide direct administrative support as needed, including mailing and shipping packages.
• Help with general HR questions and requests and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist with making travel arrangements.
• Assist with annual benefits open enrollment process.
• Other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Education and/or Training:
• High School Diploma Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent experience preferred.
2. Professional Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in human resources, administration, or office management preferred.
• Solid expertise prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
3. Technical Skills:
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Additional Considerations:
