Job Description: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for a mechanical engineering resource with around 5+ years’ experience.
- Experience in electromechanical product design and development
- Experience in Medical products Design, Development and Verification (Must have)
- Experience in Product/subsystem/parts cost reduction
- Good skills in Creo CAD (3D modelling, sheet metal, 2D drawings, surface modelling, assembly)(Must have)
- Hands-on experience in sheet metal, plastic, Die cast part design with good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience in testing and validation at component and subsystem level
- Ability to create DFMEA and identify product risks
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA, material selection, and design best practices
- Experience in NPI/NPD process from concept to production
- Familiar with Windchill PLM/PDM, ECO/ECR, and EBOM creation
- Able to create and review engineering drawings with GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Strong team player, can also work independently
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and focus on quality
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
