
Electro-Mechanical Support - Walk-in

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for product development and engineering projects.

Create and maintain 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation.
•
Integrate electrical components (motors, sensors, PCBs, harnesses, actuators) into mechanical designs.
•
Perform mechanical calculations, tolerance stack-up, and material selection to ensure robust design.
•
Work with electrical schematics, cable routing, and enclosure/panel design in collaboration with electrical teams.
•
Conduct functional testing, validation, and troubleshooting for prototypes and production units.
•
Support DFM/DFA activities and work closely with manufacturing and production teams.
•
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering change orders (ECOs), and technical documentation.
•
Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
•
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO, IEC, UL, RoHS, CE, etc.).

Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
•
2–6 years of experience in electro-mechanical system design and integration.
•
Proficiency in mechanical CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD.
•
Basic knowledge of electrical design concepts: wiring, harness routing, sensors, motors, PCBs, and control circuits.
•
Understanding of engineering fundamentals across both mechanical and electrical domains.
•
Experience with testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, continuity tester) is beneficial.
•
Knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, sheet metal, plastics, cable assembly, and electromechanical assembly.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
