Job Description
Job Duties
- Oversees and outlines Key Performance indicators for Project Management, Vendors, and Contractors.
- Serves as point-of-contact and liaison for brand and imaging process for contractors and vendors.
- Manages scope of work process and completion of required site upgrades to meet site branding standards.
- Oversees the development, monitoring and reporting of progress on branding projects toward fulfillment of annual and long-term branding targets.
- Leads and partners with analytics to drive reporting functionality through PowerBi.
- Manages Marketing’s capital outlay including accruals, forecasting, and actuals to ensure accuracy and compliance within budget coanstraints.
- Partners with business development to ensure smooth transitions of our joint venture projects.
- Drives continuous improvement of our branding process, including reducing the net time to brand.
- Manages Marketing’s Salesforce system including improvements and automation to drive our ease of doing business.
- Partners with Merchant Services to streamline credit card onboarding to drive earlier margin capture.
- Drives the creation and adoption of Marketing operation policies and procedures in accordance with company policies.
